HelpDesk


HelpDesk is designed to facilitate customers, shipping lines and other delegate authorities by offering them one window service. Being a Communication Gateway helpdesk is round the clock involved in facilitating the Trade.



PaCCS/Non PaCCS firefighting issues

Reporting to Shipping lines

Liaison with PaCCS and Non-PaCCS customer issues with stake holders.

Monitoring PaCCS EDI messages flow and trouble shouting issues

Non-PaCCS examination requests

Waiver request processing and monitoring

Auction containers processing and monitoring

Handling and monitoring On dock rail operations

Managing and monitoring CFS cargo shifting and de-stuffing at the Off dock facility

Follow-up with shipping lines and customers for import containers delivery to improve container dwell time

Customer complain form review and follow-up
